No Black Here

Black is usually the safe option when getting dresses in the morning, but if you feel that black is always part of your wardrobe why not switching it up? Adding bold colours to your outfit is definitely a confidence builder, because you will get noticed! Some colours when paired with black look to harsh, for example black and orange, right away you think Halloween or black and yellow, you think bubble bee. So instead of black as the basic colour, try heather grey or charcoal. Of course you can add black accessories to complete the look.

Wear Your Blazer Casually

Your blazer is not just meant for the office. I think women look best in a blazer because it gives them shape. Plus no matter your lifestyle, the blazer is going to work. The blazer will give you effortless chic when paired with jeans, a loose tee, scarf, and flats.
Now with that same blazer, switch the jeans with leather pants, instead of the scarf add a fur collar, silk blouse, and pumps.

Fall Essential: The Leather Jacket

A must for the season, and literally a classic that should be in your closet - The Leather Jacket. It looks fabulous with your dresses, skirts, trousers, and jeans. Yes it is an investment, but when you think about how many times and different ways you can wear the leather jacket...you will end up forgetting how much it cost you because you love it so much.
STYLE TIP: Switch your suit jacket with your leather jacket, and you now have a new way to wear your power suit.

Casual & Chic

How To Start The Day...

How to Dress Up: Stripe Tee

An essential to have in your closet all year long is a stripe tee, and I see wearing it the same way you would wear it with a classic white blouse. Go ahead and pair it with a silk skirt (full or pencil), printed pants, trousers (especially in colour). Add a statement piece of jewellery such as a necklace, cuff, chandelier earrings, and bangles (as many as you want). We would of course pair a stripe tee with a sequins skirt!

How to Dress at the Office during the Summer

With the rising temperatures and the chilly air conditioners in the office, you may find it difficult to getting dressed every morning. I have listed some go-to outfits for the summer! 1. Blouse & Skirt - Depending on your personal style, you could go as classic or as eclectic as you want. Keeping it more clean-cut and polished would be classic white blouse (maybe adding a puffier sleeve) and a printed pencil skirt. If you are looking to switch it up a bit, try a printed blouse with a striped pencil skirt. Now if fuller skirts suit your body type then switch the pencil skirt and still wear it as I have mentioned previously. Often in the summer a blazer tends to be set aside, but I would suggest looking for linen, polished cotton, or even silk. Don't be afraid to wear silk in the summer.
2. Dress - Honestly when all else fails, go into your closet and grab that dress! It will never fail you, and will work no matter the situation. For a more conservative look, try heather grey, navy, khaki, and/or black. All 4 of these colours are seen as your LBD (little black dress). Try adding some colour with your accessories, for example turquoise pumps and heather grey look great together. If your dress is sleeveless then you want to make sure for the office you have a cardigan or blazer to give you the complete look.
3. Pretty Pastels - A new palette for suiting can be seen in softer shades such a nude, blush, cream, mint, and peach.
